The Resort is located a short stroll from the main centre of Agnes Water and only 3km from the 1770 Marina (where you can purchase fresh locally caught seafood) and the sleepy riverside Town of 1770, providing easy access to a wide variety of shops including a health spa, local butcher, restaurants and the local library.

The Edge on Beaches Resort offers a tropically landscaped oasis with a sun lounging area, several family sized BBQ’s and four resort pools and with the recent addition of My-Port wireless internet the outside world is easily accessible.

Two Bedroom Villas are two storey villas with the living area and FULL kitchen downstairs, and bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.
